05/18/2020: An operating permit, 0474-FY2018, was issued today for the well drilling of well 3 (WL02116) for Capron. Kent, it appears that the operating permit application for the completion, 0810-FY2019, is still under review.
The water quality for well 3 is the same as the existing wells. Please put on annual LCR monitoring for three years counting the triennial monitoring due in 2020 as one of the three years.
